On reciept of a 500 Euro deposit your place on the selected tour will be confirmed.

The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before your tour commences.
Our chosen form of payment is by bank transfer.

Cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellations are required in writing by the tour participant.
There is a minimum 6 participants for the True Adventure NZ Mountainbike
Tour and a minimum 10 for the Ultimate NZ Cycling Tour, should we not fill a
tour with the minimum number of participants your deposit will be fully refunded.

Cancellation made between 60 and 30 days of the departure will result in 50%
loss of the full tour entry. Cancellation made less than 30 days of the departure
will result in full loss of the full tour entry.
